This is ‘a simple allegory’ for the superheated, burning and glowing meltdown, of nuclear fuel rods.
"Fell from heaven"
Refers to a nuclear fuel rod meltdown, burning through the containment of the nuclear reactor floor and going “china syndrome” – literally, tunneling straight down by means of vaporization (converting a solid into a vapor), a hole, towards the center of the Earth.
"The fountains of Water"
“Remember this is not just clear water, coming out, of the reactor – this is ‘nuclear reactive’, and so, I tell you now, this not a permanent solution. Again the Japanese officials are lying to the people, as everyone in Japan is poisoned, by the toxic chemicals being released – into the atmosphere. People are going about crying peace, safety and security – all the time being poisoned themselves.”

This is simply an allegory, meaning: The name of the superheated burning poisonous apocalyptic manifestation, is "a nuclear meltdown" (see "Chernobyl" below).

“Chernobyl” is also a name used in the Ukrainian language, for a bitter herb found in that country, and when translated from Ukrainian to English, “Chernobyl” means “Wormwood”. Chernobyl is the name associated with the largest nuclear meltdown in history before 'the Fukushima nightmare'.

THE ONLY ANTIDOTE TO FUKUSHIMA RADIATION IN THESE END TIMES

Iodine and baking soda can offer no protection to Fukushima Radiation. The only antidote to Fukushima Reactor 4 radiation in these End Times, is to BECOME a Member of the Faithful Remnant, and USE the Blessed Holy Water - that is ONLY available for FREE - for those who follow the simple instructions on this website, and pray the Burning Bush Prayer. When Reactor 4 goes, everyone on the planet, who is NOT a Member of the Faithful Remnant, will soon feel, as though they have a microwave oven, turned on inside of them, 24/7. And for those who don't know what that means - it means that the radiation will actually change the perception of their internal temperature - so that they will feel INSIDE, like "a burning pile of chaff" - they will feel "as though they are living the fullness of Hell on Earth". BETTER to be "a Burning BUSH" - burning with the fire of Love of your Creator - a fire that is never consumed by the flames, and is continually refreshed by the Heavenly Graces being poured out THROUGH the Blessed Holy Water; than to be "burning up inside", from Fuk-u-shima Radiation. There are only SO many ways, to state this simple truth. You need to choose. We have done our part.
